Design and technical documentation for a public underground garage with three underground levels and around 860 parking spaces, together with the reconstruction of the secondary-school sports ground above the garage.

We are proud of this significant project, for which we prepared the design and technical documentation for one of the largest public underground garages in Croatia, located beneath the secondary-school sports ground on Klaićeva Street. With a capacity of more than 800 parking spaces, the project not only solves the parking problem in Zagreb's city center, but also significantly improves access and functionality for patients and staff of the Children's Hospital on Klaićeva Street, the only specialized institution of its kind in Croatia.
In addition to the parking capacity, the project includes the renovation of the sports grounds and landscaped areas above the garage, providing a space tailored to the needs of the local community. The project was designed to the highest architectural, technical and environmental standards, with an emphasis on sustainability and functionality.
The design and technical documentation was successfully completed on 30 June 2026. The project now continues with the selection of the contractor, and during construction Bridge & Anchor will carry out design supervision, ensuring the garage is built in line with the design and to the highest quality standards.
