Martina Mak is an EU projects expert with more than 15 years of experience in writing, managing and implementing over 100 EU-funded projects. She specializes in innovation, technology transfer, digitalization and the development of business infrastructure. Her expertise covers strategic planning, financing and project management in the research, development and entrepreneurship sectors.
As a long-standing mentor to startups and innovation teams, she has helped build the entrepreneurial ecosystem and supported many technology companies in their growth. She has worked on international cooperation projects, developed technology transfer strategies and connected science with industry.
She is also the founder of several startups and actively takes part in international conferences and professional events. She has honed her knowledge at leading global innovation centers such as the University of Chicago Polsky Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Y Combinator Chicago and 1871 Global Innovation Hub.
With her expertise and dedication, she contributes to the development of innovation, the promotion of digital transformation and stronger competitiveness through EU projects and technological development.
Igor Janković is an experienced architect with many years of experience in the design and delivery of a wide range of building projects. He specializes in developing and implementing architectural solutions in the public and private sectors, including public buildings, logistics centers, office spaces, residential complexes and the renovation of cultural and historical heritage.
Over his career he has worked on many significant projects, including the new building of the Zagreb City Library – Paromlin as lead designer, the National Children's Hospital Blato as architectural designer, as well as logistics centers and commercial buildings. He has also taken part in the renovation of a number of key institutions, including the University of Zagreb School of Medicine and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, as well as judicial and residential buildings damaged in the earthquake.
In addition to public infrastructure, he has made a significant contribution to the design of shopping and business centers, most notably Avenue Mall and Centar Kaptol, two landmark architectural and commercial buildings in Zagreb.
One of his most significant projects is the design and technical documentation for the public underground garage on Klaićeva Street in Zagreb, which he prepared as lead designer and which was completed in June 2026. This infrastructure project, the largest public underground garage in Croatia, will play a key role in optimizing traffic flows in central Zagreb and significantly improve access to the Children's Hospital on Klaićeva Street.
Through his expert and innovative approach, he contributes to the development of architecture, urban planning and sustainable construction, combining functionality and aesthetics in projects that leave a lasting mark on their surroundings.
Matko Vukman is the founder and owner of the company, specializing in running public procurement procedures for both contracting authorities and tenderers. His many years of experience in the public procurement sector enable him to provide clients with efficient, transparent and lawful tender procedures tailored to their needs and strategic goals.
In addition to his long experience in public procurement, he also serves as chief accountant of his company and coordinates all aspects of the business, including the design office and the EU funds department. He also runs an accounting service, where together with a team of experts he keeps the books for several large companies, providing them with comprehensive financial support, cost optimization and business decision advisory.
He developed his knowledge and experience at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Rijeka, where he built the foundation for effective financial management, strategic planning and business process optimization.
