1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

When you send us an inquiry via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide: your full name, email address, phone number, the inquiry topic and the content of your message.

When you visit the website, the server automatically records technical data needed for its operation and security (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access). We do not use visitor tracking tools or advertising cookies.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Responding to your inquiry and preparing an offer – processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and is based on the consent you give when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Operation and security of the website – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations – if your inquiry leads to a business relationship, we retain data in line with accounting and tax regulations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. How long we keep your data

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless the inquiry leads to a contract – in which case we keep it for the periods required by law. Server logs are kept briefly and only for security purposes.

5. Recipients

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Access is limited to our processors who provide website hosting and email services, strictly to the extent needed to provide those services and subject to confidentiality.

To display the website, your browser loads fonts and code libraries from external servers (Google Fonts, cdnjs/Cloudflare, Font Awesome), which means your IP address is shared with these providers. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this is done with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

6. Cookies

The website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies, so no consent is required for them.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Please send your request to info@bridge-anchor.eu; we will respond within one month at the latest.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
